Delete your Galley Desk account

You can permanently delete your Galley Desk account at any time, from the app or the website, or by asking us.

In the app or on the website

Sign in to Galley Desk.
Open Settings.
Under Delete account, tap Delete my Galley Desk account, type DELETE, and confirm.

By email

Email hello@galleydesk.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We complete requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login (email and password) and your profile, including employee and seniority details.
Your saved schedule, AA pay figures, paycheck profile, bids, preferences and app history.
Any active subscription is canceled immediately, so you are not charged again.

What is kept

Hotel reviews you wrote stay published, with your name removed.
Stripe, our payment processor, keeps records of past payments as the law requires.
Anonymous, de-identified assistant feedback is deleted automatically within 60 days, as described in our privacy policy.

Galley Desk never stores your American Airlines login. If you connected AA in the phone app, signing out of AA there, or deleting the app, removes that sign-in from your phone.
